Plant-a-Book International helps Nairobi Kids! This blog represents two registered nonprofit organizations, PAB and KKIN-UK, that provide support for the students at Galilee Primary School and Waddington High School, and children living in the Holly House orphanages in the slums of Nairobi Kenya. Friday's Featured Child - Good Student in Need of a Sponsor

 
Elvis is 15 years old and in Form 2.  His birthday is September 14.  He has three younger siblings, two of them attend Galilee Primary School.  He lives with his parents and his father struggles to earn a living for the family doing manual labor.  Elvis is a good student, coming in 10th position in his class recently.  He enjoys football and his best subjects are history and geography.  He wants to be a lecturer someday.  Elvis would like a sponsor -- can you be that special person?

    Is Elvis part of the SOS program and if not how much is his sponsorship?
